TVGUIDE.COM - I know it sounds funny to say this, but I saw the Bad Clams live and it may have cured my Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation. Maybe it was the thunderous volume that shook things loose, but I definitely feel better. Perhaps it was the magical elixir of the way the lyrics were delivered in harmony with the mastery of those instruments, but I’ve been changed. I also used to be quite nearsighted, but since the concert I haven’t needed my glasses. It was like going to church and having a Faith Healer lay hands upon me but without the side-eye pressure afterwards to put money in basket lest I be struck down by a god who’s merciful but somehow also vengeful.

I’m not saying that if you’re sickly, you should definitely go to a Bad Clams concert. But if you have Kaiser, which is about a 50/50 proposition anyway, I would try the Bad Clams first.
